DX Physio Balgowlah & Cremorne Sydney
Evidence-based, personalised care designed to help you move better and live well.

At DX Physio, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to work toward living with less pain and moving with greater confidence. Physiotherapy focuses on how the body moves and functions, using manual techniques to support your overall health.
From injury recovery and chronic pain management to women’s health physio support, our experienced physiotherapists are here to help guide you on your journey toward better health.
By looking at how your body moves, your physiotherapist may identify the underlying cause of your concern and tailor a treatment plan to suit your goals and lifestyle.
Your treatment plan may include:
Soft manipulation of the muscles may assist in relieving pain and supporting greater ease of movement.
An individualised exercise programme may help support the development of strength and flexibility over time.
Using high-energy sound waves, shockwave therapy may help stimulate tissue and support the recovery process.
Sound waves applied to the affected area may help support tissue recovery and assist in managing inflammation.
Using fine needles applied to targeted muscle points, dry needling may help address muscle tightness and assist in managing pain.
Clinical reformer pilates may assist in improving movement patterns and supporting your long-term recovery journey.
You don’t have to let pain hold you back.

The frequency of your visits will depend on your condition and goals. Following your initial assessment, your physiotherapist will provide a tailored treatment plan that includes a recommended visit schedule.
Manual therapy is included as part of your physiotherapy consultation when it is considered clinically necessary by your physiotherapist.
Fine needles are inserted into targeted muscle points during dry needling, which some individuals may find mildly uncomfortable. Your physiotherapist will monitor your comfort throughout the session and adjust as needed.
Our physiotherapists have experience in assessing and managing a broad range of sports and exercise-related injuries. Whether you are a competitive athlete or simply looking to stay active, we’ll collaborate with you to develop a personalised care plan to support your recovery.
Beyond managing existing injuries, physiotherapy may also play a valuable role in helping you understand how your body moves, supporting better posture, and improving movement efficiency. This approach may assist in reducing the likelihood of future injuries.
Physiotherapy isn’t only for when something goes wrong. Regular physiotherapy may help you move more efficiently, manage muscle tightness, and improve posture, supporting a healthier, more active life long term.
