DX Physio Balgowlah & Cremorne Sydney
Tailored, evidence-based care designed to support your health and well-being.

At DX Physio, we believe that with the right support, you may work toward moving with greater confidence and managing pain more effectively. Physiotherapy focuses on how the body moves and functions, using evidence-based manual techniques to support your overall health.
Whatever brings you through our doors, such as injury recovery, chronic pain management, or women’s health physio support, our experienced physiotherapists are here to help.
Your physiotherapist will assess how your body moves to help identify the underlying cause of your concern, and from there, develop a treatment plan tailored to your individual goals and lifestyle.
A range of treatment options may be used, including:
Soft manipulation of the muscles may assist in relieving pain and supporting greater ease of movement.
An individualised exercise programme may help support the development of strength and flexibility over time.
shockwave therapy uses high-energy sound waves that may help stimulate tissue and support the recovery process.
Targeted sound waves applied to the affected area may assist in supporting recovery and managing inflammation.
Dry needling involves the application of fine needles to targeted muscle points, which may help release muscle tension and assist in reducing pain.
Clinical reformer pilates may assist in improving movement patterns and supporting your long-term recovery journey.
Pain doesn’t have to get in the way of living well.
