DX Physio Balgowlah & Cremorne Sydney
Individualised, evidence-based physiotherapy to support you at every stage of your health journey.

At DX Physio, we believe that with the right support, you may work toward moving with greater confidence and managing pain more effectively. Physiotherapy focuses on how the body moves and functions, using evidence-based manual techniques to support your overall health.
Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or seeking women’s health physio support, our experienced physiotherapists are here to assist you.
By looking at how your body moves, your physiotherapist may identify the underlying cause of your concern and tailor a treatment plan to suit your goals and lifestyle.
Treatments may include:
Through gentle manipulation of muscles and joints, manual therapy may help reduce pain and work toward improving your mobility.
A personalised exercise programme may help build strength and flexibility.
Using high-energy sound waves, shockwave therapy may help stimulate tissue and support the recovery process.
Targeted sound waves applied to the affected area may assist in supporting recovery and managing inflammation.
Dry needling involves the application of fine needles to targeted muscle points, which may help release muscle tension and assist in reducing pain.
Through guided movement on the reformer, Clinical reformer pilates may help support improved movement patterns and long-term recovery.
Living with pain doesn’t have to be your only option.

Our physiotherapists have experience in assessing and managing a broad range of sports and exercise-related injuries. Whether you are a competitive athlete or simply looking to stay active, we’ll collaborate with you to develop a personalised care plan to support your recovery.
Physiotherapy is not only beneficial for managing existing injuries. It may also help you develop a better understanding of your body, improve your posture, and move more efficiently, which may in turn help reduce the risk of future injuries.
Physiotherapy isn’t only for when an injury occurs. Attending regular physiotherapy sessions may help support more efficient movement, assist in managing muscle tightness, and contribute to improved posture, helping you maintain a healthier and more active life long term.
