DX Physio Balgowlah & Cremorne Sydney
Evidence-based, personalised care designed to help you move better and live well.

At DX Physio, we are committed to helping you move better and feel more comfortable in your body. Physiotherapy looks at how the body moves and functions, drawing on manual techniques to support your overall health.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or looking for women’s health physio support, our experienced physiotherapists are here to help.
By looking at how your body moves, your physiotherapist may identify the underlying cause of your concern and tailor a treatment plan to suit your goals and lifestyle.
Your treatment plan may include:
Through gentle manipulation of muscles and joints, manual therapy may help reduce pain and work toward improving your mobility.
A personalised exercise programme designed around your needs may help you work toward greater strength and flexibility.
Through the application of high-energy sound waves, shockwave therapy may help stimulate tissue repair and support recovery.
Targeted sound waves applied to the affected area may assist in supporting recovery and managing inflammation.
Dry needling involves the application of fine needles to targeted muscle points, which may help release muscle tension and assist in reducing pain.
Clinical reformer pilates may help improve movement patterns and support long-term recovery.
Pain doesn’t have to get in the way of living well.

Our physiotherapists are experienced in assessing and managing a variety of sports and exercise-related injuries. Whether you compete at a high level or simply enjoy staying active, we’ll develop a personalised care plan designed to support your recovery and help you return to the activities you love.
Physiotherapy isn’t just about addressing current injuries. It may also help you gain a better understanding of your body, support improved posture, and encourage more efficient movement patterns, which may help in reducing the risk of future injuries.
Physiotherapy is not just for when something goes wrong. Regular physiotherapy sessions may help you move more efficiently, manage muscle tightness, and support improved posture, contributing to a healthier and more active life over the long term.
