DX Physio Balgowlah & Cremorne Sydney

At DX Physio, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to work toward living with less pain and moving with greater confidence. Physiotherapy focuses on how the body moves and functions, using manual techniques to support your overall health.
From injury recovery and chronic pain management to women’s health physio support, our experienced physiotherapists are here to help guide you on your journey toward better health.
Your physiotherapist will assess how your body moves to help identify the underlying cause of your concern, and from there, develop a treatment plan tailored to your individual goals and lifestyle.
Depending on your needs, treatments may include:
Through gentle manipulation of muscles and joints, manual therapy may help reduce pain and work toward improving your mobility.
A tailored exercise programme may assist in building strength and improving flexibility.
shockwave therapy uses high-energy sound waves that may help stimulate tissue and support the recovery process.
Sound waves directed at the affected area may help support recovery and reduce inflammation.
Dry needling uses fine needles directed at specific muscle points to help release tension in tight muscles and may assist in reducing discomfort.
Through guided movement on the reformer, Clinical reformer pilates may help support improved movement patterns and long-term recovery.

Physiotherapy isn’t just about addressing current injuries. It may also help you gain a better understanding of your body, support improved posture, and encourage more efficient movement patterns, which may help in reducing the risk of future injuries.
Physiotherapy isn’t only for when something goes wrong. Regular physiotherapy may help you move more efficiently, manage muscle tightness, and improve posture, supporting a healthier, more active life long term.
