DX Physio Balgowlah & Cremorne Sydney
Individualised, evidence-based physiotherapy to support you at every stage of your health journey.

At DX Physio, we believe that with the right support, you may work toward moving with greater confidence and managing pain more effectively. Physiotherapy focuses on how the body moves and functions, using evidence-based manual techniques to support your overall health.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or looking for women’s health physio support, our experienced physiotherapists are here to help.
Through careful assessment of your movement and function, your physiotherapist may identify the underlying cause of your concern and create a personalised treatment plan to suit your goals and lifestyle.
Your treatment plan may include:
Gently manipulating your muscles may help relieve pain and improve mobility.
A personalised exercise programme designed around your needs may help you work toward greater strength and flexibility.
shockwave therapy uses high-energy sound waves that may help stimulate tissue and support the recovery process.
By directing sound waves at the affected area, therapeutic ultrasound may help support the recovery process and assist in reducing inflammation.
Dry needling uses fine needles applied to targeted muscle points in an effort to release tight muscles and reduce pain.
Clinical reformer pilates may assist in improving movement patterns and supporting your long-term recovery journey.
Pain doesn’t have to get in the way of living well.
