DX Physio Balgowlah & Cremorne Sydney
Tailored, evidence-based care designed to support your health and well-being.

At DX Physio, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to move with greater confidence and live with less pain. Physiotherapy focuses on how the body moves and functions, using manual techniques to support your overall health and well-being.
Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or seeking women’s health physio support, our experienced physiotherapists are here to assist you.
By assessing how your body moves, your physiotherapist may be able to identify the underlying cause of your concern and develop a treatment plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle.
Your treatment plan may include:
Through gentle manipulation of muscles and joints, manual therapy may help reduce pain and work toward improving your mobility.
A personalised exercise programme designed around your needs may help you work toward greater strength and flexibility.
shockwave therapy uses high-energy sound waves that may help stimulate tissue and support the recovery process.
Sound waves directed at the affected area may help support recovery and reduce inflammation.
Dry needling involves the application of fine needles to targeted muscle points, which may help release muscle tension and assist in reducing pain.
Clinical reformer pilates may assist in improving movement patterns and supporting your long-term recovery journey.
Living with pain doesn’t have to be your only option.
