Clinical Reformer Pilates

Physio-Led Reformer Pilates - Private Health Fund Claimable

Have you tried Reformer Pilates before… but felt unsure where to start?

Maybe you’ve joined a big group class and felt a little lost —
or worried that you might do something wrong and end up sore or injured.

Perhaps you’ve just had a baby and aren’t sure if Reformer Pilates is safe postpartum.
Or you’re dealing with back pain, pelvic pain, or another chronic issue that makes it hard to find the right type of exercise.

Or maybe you have private health insurance but haven’t really used it for physio — did you know you can claim your Reformer Pilates sessions under your cover?

If this sounds like you —you’ve come to the right place.

Why Choose Clinical Reformer Pilates at DX Physio?

Our Clinical Reformer Pilates sessions are small, safe, and personalized — designed and supervised by experienced women’s health physiotherapists.

💪 1. Small Groups = More Individual Support

Each class has a maximum of 4 participants, so your instructor can closely guide your form and adjust every exercise to your needs and fitness level.

🩺 2. Physio-Led Programs for Safety and Results

All our instructors have physiotherapy backgrounds, which means we understand your body — your recovery, your pain, your movement patterns.
We’ll help you build strength safely and confidently.

🤰 3. Prenatal & Postnatal Reformer Programs

We offer dedicated prenatal and postnatal Clinical Reformer programs:

Prenatal: Stay active safely during pregnancy, ease pelvic girdle or back pain, and prepare your body for birth.

Postnatal: Reconnect your core and pelvic floor, and return to exercise safely after giving birth.

🌟 4. Suitable for Injury Recovery & Chronic Conditions

Whether you’re managing low back pain, pelvic pain, or recovering from injury, our Clinical Reformer classes help you move safely, strengthen your body, and build confidence.

💰 5. Claimable Under Private Health Insurance

Because our classes are physiotherapist-supervised, you may be able to claim rebates from your private health fund.

“After having my baby, I was so nervous to get back into exercise. The small classes at DX Physio made me feel supported and safe. My back pain is gone and I actually look forward to my workouts!” – Sarah M.
