Clinical Reformer Pilates at DX Physiotherapy

Physio-Led, Small Group Reformer Pilates – Safe, Effective & Claimable with Private Health Insurance

Are you looking for a safe, effective, and physiotherapist-led Pilates program designed to support rehabilitation, strength, and flexibility? At DX Physiotherapy, we offer Clinical Reformer Pilates—a highly personalised exercise approach that blends traditional Pilates principles with physiotherapy expertise.

Our classes are small group sessions (maximum of 4 people) to ensure individualised attention and safety while allowing you to claim from your private health insurance (depending on your provider and level of cover). Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or looking for a prenatal or postnatal-friendly Pilates program, our expert-led sessions cater to your specific needs.

Why Choose Clinical Reformer Pilates at DX Physiotherapy ?

Many private health funds offer rebates for our physio-led sessions, making it a cost-effective choice for those looking to improve strength and mobility while receiving professional physiotherapy guidance. Our team can assist in checking your eligibility and guiding you through the claiming process.

Unlike larger classes where individual attention is limited, our exclusive small group setting (maximum of 4 participants per class) ensures you receive personalised coaching, hands-on corrections, and tailored exercises that suit your needs and fitness level. This structure helps optimise results while maintaining a supportive and engaging environment.

Your safety is our top priority. Each clinical pilates reformer class is led by a qualified physiotherapist who carefully designs exercises to promote proper movement, injury prevention, and long-term functional strength. Whether you’re a beginner or returning from an injury, our approach ensures you progress safely and effectively under expert supervision.

Prenatal & Postnatal Reformer Pilates – As specialists in women’s health, we offer dedicated prenatal and postnatal reformer Pilates sessions. These classes provide pregnancy-safe exercises that help build strength and stability while supporting pelvic floor function and postnatal recovery. Mums are welcome to bring their babies along, and we provide a baby playpen for postnatal classes, making it easier to prioritise self-care.
Clinical Pilates on Reformer isn’t just about exercise; it’s a science-backed approach to improving movement, reducing pain, and enhancing posture. Through guided sessions, you’ll experience increased flexibility, better spinal alignment, improved balance, and stronger core stability, all of which contribute to long-term health and well-being.
